Cancellation Policy

Dear Customers,

We understand that emergencies and unexpected scheduling conflicts can occur. However, providing advance notice enables us to accommodate the needs of other learners and helps our business operate efficiently. As our schedule is often fully booked, this policy is designed to respect our time and keep our clients informed. Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice are challenging to fill. Short-notice cancellations or no-shows not only disrupt our schedule but also prevent other learners from utilizing that time slot, leaving unproductive gaps in your Instructor’s day.

1. Kindly provide a minimum of 36 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or notify us within the required timeframe may result in a full charge. This fee must be settled prior to your next appointment.
2. We dedicate your two-hour appointment exclusively to you, without double-booking. Providing a 36-hour notice enables us to offer your reserved time to learners on our waiting list.
3. Some learners have scheduled tests and require consistent lessons to meet the standards of the approved training plan. Frequent missed or canceled appointments can impact the progress of your training. Your driving instructor has designed a personalized plan to help you achieve the required standard of driving skills efficiently. Skipping lessons disrupts this process and may result in negative outcomes on your driving test.
4. Failing to provide the required 36-hour notice for more than one late cancellation may result in restrictions on booking future lessons. Additionally, your name may be removed from our pupil list, and the full fee for missed appointments will be charged to your account.

Note: You can cancel your appointment without any charges, as long as the cancellation is made at least 36 hours before your scheduled time.
